Oil change scheduled at 2:15 pm on Monday, April 20. I told service rep that I would be waiting. I was told my vehicle would be done in 30-45 min which I didn’t have a problem with. I was sitting in the waiting area and never given an update. At 3:45ish I went back to service rep area to ask status on my vehicle. Had to ask another rep since rep I worked with was talking to another customer. At 4:40 pm my car was finally done and I left. Rep knew I wasn’t happy. At least someone could have walked to waiting area to give me an update and let me know what was going on. Also, I didn’t have a tire rotation but they should have checked my tire pressure and noted on the inspection sheet and they didn’t. I am a loyal customer and we buy vehicles at you facility. How do I begin? While I was waiting at the dealership for my car, I received numerous text from you. I found that very irritating. The young man who helped me was very kind, very professional and was wonderful. However, now you want me to do this. I find this very irritating. This is the second time doing it. The first time when I press the submit button, it did not submit. We’ll see what happens this time.
