I need and appreciate honest guidance in keeping my Sequoia in good condition. It's probably the last car I'll ever own and I depend on it to help me stay independent and do for myself. So I trust your people to help me with my car and it's needs.

Peeled off the paint while removing inserts. I was told it peeled slightly in one place but when I got home and checked, the paint was peeled from several other places.

I brought my car in because it was making a metal on metal noise & the tire light was on. After sitting there for 6 hours, the problems weren't fixed. I was told the clanking noise was from a mostly plastic device banging around in my stuffed plastic glove compartment. And that the mechanic couldn't get the tire light to go out, so I should drive it for a few days & it should go out. Then they charges me about $900, plus I was 2 hours late for work. The only bright news that came out of this is if the light don't go out in a few days, I will get a refund for the sensors. This was so disappointing. I always bragged about how great you guys are, how you fix it right the first time & how you are worth the extra money. I hope this is a one-off.
