After 15+ years of working with a retail repair shop i decided to make a change, due to new management. I could not be more pleased with the professional assistance that i received from Scott. Everything was perfect- the way it should be. Thank you.

Scott was terrific. I arrived a few minutes early, the Highlander was taken in immediately, the battery tested, the car washed and I was able to leave in less than 30 minutes. For over the past 30 years we have owned Lexuses and Toyotas. I can say unequivocally that the service department at Bommarito is as reliable, fast, friendly, honest, and courteous as any we have ever used. The entire Bommarito enterprise is to be commended for its outstanding culture.

Was informed I needed new rear brakes, I said go ahead to this for 299 seems like a reasonable price 3 1/2 hours later at about 6:35PM my car was ready. if I would have been informed about the time, this job was going to take. I would’ve rescheduled for a different day in the future be a little more direct about how long the job is going to take. I am in need of front brakes and because of this, I will be going to a different service department to get that job done

Daniel is awesome. He answered so many questions I had and took the time to demonstrate a feature that I was having trouble learning how to use. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to continue to have my Rav4 serviced only at that facility.

The bumper is now pushing out on the left side and it just got fixed for this problem on the other side

On my next day off, I will travel to bring this down payment, in the form of a Cashier’s Ck to the 9095 Dunn Rd location. Thank You. This SUV, I happened to view on line. It is my final vehicle. And is my 1st SUV! Had to test drive it; after narrowing down my search of Not wanting to purchase a brand new 2025, that did Not have a CVT Transmission! Or is a Hybrid.. This AWD is also my 1st vehicle of its kind. Hoping this RAV4 will last me, the rest of my life. And I Do Know they are the vehicles with the fewest repairs; as long as you do regular maintenance on them. And the resale value is very good too. Knowing I have a reliable vehicle is a Great feeling. And the Service I received on Saturday, June 28, 25 was the Very Best I could have expected.. You have a Wonderful Team @ BOMMARITO TOYOTA. And I went there for the longest warranty. You cannot get these longer warranty’s on the Illinois side!! So, Thank You, Kaleb Dixon for reaching out to me. You know a Greatly Satisfied Customer will definitely bring you more business.. You All are doing A Great Customer Service with Great Vehicles. You All are # 1..
