One of your best resources at the dealership is service advisor Scott Dunigan. It’s a true skill to get people to laugh and leave in a good mood after paying for car repairs yet he manages to do so . There are cheaper places to go for service and I would if he left the dealership . His customer service skills are subpar . I have had contact with a few other advisors through the years and didn’t always trust their recommendations but with him I do . Jim Twining also was a good advisor no longer working there .

Steve was great. Very personable and was able to give me a discount on the cost of services that the dealership charges, so I’m not blaming him; however, I think he is “encouraged” to push maintenance services that may not be needed or may not be needed right away. He told me I should get an oil change every year at least or 10,000 miles although the sticker placed on my windshield was for closer to 5,000 miles and 7 months. This gives me pause. I will probably shop around for my next auto service.
