Steve Dennis has been very nice when I have had to bring my Sienna van into the service department. He explains everything in detail. He has answered every question I have had. Because of this, I feel pretty confident bringing my van to your service department.

Originally quoted at $670 for repairs, ended up being $4400 and original price was not honored. Told mechanics make $200+/hour to justify exorbitant costs, which is absurd. Price was knocked down to $3700 which is still 5.6x the cost of the original quote. I will never be coming back to Bommarito or buying a Toyota ever again. Horrible customer service and extortion of customers is obvious. Truly a shameful business practice Bommarito and Toyota have.
