No issue with service department or any staff members.
Did have issue with the fact that I needed to go hunt my vehicle down in the parking lot and almost falling due to icy sidewalks and ice between the parked vehicles outsides. There was no clear path of which to get from the side exit from service area to where my vehicle was parked. I have never been to a dealership whereas you have to hunt your vehicle down.
High risk for someone falling and injuring themselves.
