My car started making nosies as soon as I left the shop. I contacted my mechanic the one I truly trust as have went to for years and would go to except my car is under warranty. He said you never change or turn rotors without replacing the brake pads because the brake pads form to the rotors. So that explains 1 of the sounds. However I don't trust that the mechanics there are competent of fixing the issue since they created the problem.

Totally disliked the “text” system you are using for service. It is extremely impersonal & complicated to use. While waiting in the customer lounge, I have very poor reception. I don’t understand why all the service people “milling” around can’t have the courtesy to discuss the service and/or at least let you know when your car is ready. I’m not sure I will return for future service or purchase.
