I turned on my air conditioner after I left the dealership and it was making a horrible noise. This was not like this when I took my car to have it serviced. The noise was coming from my glove box.I knew they had removed the cabin filter to check it. When I opened the cabin filter compartment they had placed the filter back and it was upside-down. My blower had leaves and dirt dumped into it. I had to remove the filter and clean out the debris and replace the filter correctly in place. In addition, I asked that my spare tire be checked because the low tire sensor kept showing low on occasion. When I received the text that showed the check list it showed the spare tire was not checked. I had to ask again to please check my spare tire. I bought my vehicle new from Ramey Toyota and I have always had my service performed there without any problems until today.

This may seem trite, but in attempting to read my service statement, there are too many descriptions that are not spelled out in entirety and shortened that only service people understand what it means. For example, LOF and TMX. Just reading the raw service statement, I could not decipher the shorthand to know if the oil was changed or not or if tires were rotated. The shorthand words ie ROT means something to people that work there but nothing to me. I think you might consider putting a key of interpretation of shorthand terminology. I did call back and a very nice gentleman told me what these words meant. It’s a small detail but I don’t want to assume something was done on my vehicle if in fact it wasn’t. I want to understand and be sure I know what happened on my vehicle factually.
