I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The day before I picked up a screw in a tire. Which was not close to a side wall and the tires were just installed when I bought it. Of course they said the screw was in a side wall. It is not. Worse they were unable to air up a tire because did not have the correct valve attachment. So I guess I will go back to king tire / Bluewell next time the oil needs changed and tires rotated. They could not even air up the tire is ridiculous. I bought it from you.

Service was excellent and timely. Everyone was professional and made good eye contact. I just wish Toyota would spend more time troubleshooting why their trucks gas gauge doesn’t work all the time, this is a lease truck and I don’t think I could buy this truck knowing that at 10,000 miles there are things that don’t work and it’s a 2024. These trucks cost too much to have problems.

After seeing the new parts near all the rust. And the parts was on Thursday before they started ordering all the big dollar parts. If I’d known all this rust was there and advised of the situation I wouldn’t have even had all the work done to the vehicle. I am out of $4179 dollars now and I could’ve used that money toward a new vehicle. This is bad business in my book and I’m seriously thinking about calling Toyota corporate about this matter. The tech seen all this rust while installing the first part. And nothing was mentioned about any of this til after the work was completed. Bc I was told the ball joint was already on it when I spoke with them Thursday.
