You made me try to pay when my vehicle was under an extended warranty that the service department didn’t know about. You still made me pay a 100 dollar deductible that later on that day you called and reimbursed me for because I wasn’t supposed to pay either. I’m clearly not satisfied with your service today. I would expect your service department to know about what is covered with extended warranty’s you sale to customers.
