I was scheduled for rear brake pad replacements. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that they were on a “national back order”. Why would you have a customer come when you do not have the supplies needed? I replaced my serpentine belt due to a squealing noise. It turns out that the belt was an after market product. I’m at 81,000 miles; meaning, the belt did not need to be replaced yet (it was belt number two). I spent nearly $400 on a part that was fine and the car is still squealing. I most likely will stick to my mobile mechanic and the Lexus dealership as needed outside of oil changes with you guys.
