Honestly, if you could please make sure Ceaser is no longer the service guy for my appointments there. I typically have poor experience with him. I don’t usually leave comments, but I frustrated with his unprofessional behavior. I don’t want to go through this again. I’ve had other service members who have made my experience just fine. Took almost 2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation.. complete waste of time and I dread coming here for that. Only reason why I had to come is to fix something and they couldn’t even do it and had to order the part with no ETA. Absolutely pathetic. Fix your atrocious wait times.. I can go to a 10 min oil change and tire rotation and be done than having to deal with this embarrassment.
