Received lots of help from Alex. I had already come in previously for broken tow mode switch. Was not in stock. Got ordered. When I came back, switch installed and multi point inspect.and maintenance performed. Alex and WC Toyota are the best!

I went in to repair or more likely replace a flat tire. It was pointed out that I'm not due for service. Correct, I came in for scheduled maintenance a couple weeks ago. 2hr 17 mins later I get a video walk through of my multi point inspection and y'all trying to sell me services. I was there 3 hrs total because they wouldn't simply replace the tire.

After reviewing multiple “reviews “ on Wesley Chapel Toyota I’m Extremely Disappointed. We’ve bought Several Toyota’s at this point. To be charged $120.00 to update our system was Ridiculous to say the least. Seems pretty petty. Very Disappointing.

I like that he emphasized who he was and drew attention to the trinkets on his desk. I had a previous experience were it was hard to locate my agent and that wasn’t the case with Mr Ro. Thanks for telling me about the tire sensor too.

The appointment setting process is horrible and not intuitive and requires more time than it should, the person was late, service took way longer than it should, removed key from chain and then failed to return key fob requiring a return to dealership to have them find and immediately after I asked than not to contact me trying to get my car AGAIN while falsely indicating that they value my privacy,. Each experience seems worse than the last one. I have yet to be able to watch one of your videos about the car not that I want to but it never seems to work
