Blaine was very welcoming and ensured all parts of my vehicle service was completed to my satisfaction. I had an issue with my key fob, Blaine got that taken care of, with a new battery and Bluetooth sync. I needed my windshield cleaned and Blaine cleaned it himself. My tire pressure was balanced and he checked to ensure that it was. Blaine went above and beyond and I will look to him for future service needs.

Work took over 3 hours. Rodney had left by the time I got a text that the work was done. Paid by check but I was not told that one of the tire sensors had been broken. Discovered tire sensor light was on after driving away. Also the rest of the tire sensors not working. Called and was told to come back. Turned around but then got a call about the sensor that it was broken accidentally and that Moses would replace it. Have to make a second trip. You could have told me about this before I drove away. It is on the repair sheet but I didn’t read it in detail before I left. Just another screw up at Moses.

This was my second trip to have my brakes repaired for the service bulletin I received. The first appointment they had to order the parts and the second appointment the wrong parts were shipped.
