Very nice lady. Your Only problem like always waiting time. I would however recommend you keep customers informed on warranty things which your vehicle needs . Would help with customers wanting to return. Instead only recommended. I use to work decades ago for ford dealership and we all knew our customers. Just a thought. Sales is good but so is one on one . Also please note My Car will never ever be on sale period .
