I purchased car 5-31-25, had to purchase an extra key. I was told they would call me when key came in so I could schedule appointment to have it programmed for the car. No one called. It arrived on June 4, I called to check on June 9, couldn’t get through, kept being put on que for waiting. Had to drive in to schedule the appointment. Really disappointed with that. Once at appointment, they were great. Finished really fast.
