It was a 15 minute wait to get my car back, once it was serviced. Assumed the cashier communicates with staff, when she indicated that "valet will bring your car up". If cashiers don't communicate with staff, when service is paid for, customers need to know that we need to request our vehicle from the staff that greet incoming customers, in the covered area that's outside of the dealership building, when we leave the cashier desk. The wait time was a little long, but the service advisor was excellent.
The other problem is with your pricing. The alignment and injector quote you gave me was pretty outrageous. I asked the service advisor if in essence you use Chevron Techron injector cleaner. That was I believe $69 and the alignment was somewhere around $250. Dealers get a bad reputation for overcharging customers. A bottle of 12 ounce Chevron Techron cleaner at O’Reilly auto parts cost seven dollars. The labor is about 10 seconds to pour it in the gas tank.
This is the first time I have taken my RAV4 hybrid to your dealership for service. Unless this price gouging ceases, I will find another alternative.
