Lack of communication and introduction of the “new online” program caused me to nearly wait 3 hours for an oil change. i was originally told 1 hour to hour and half. When I inquired with the assistant manager, she claimed she was waiting on me to respond but never informed me at the start of the service that I needed to respond for her to close me out. I asked her if my car had been ready when they sent me that information and she said yes. She could have tried calling me (as they do at the centennial location or better yet she could have explained that to me at the beginning). Manager was more interested in upselling services rather than actually helping. She was quick to blame it on being “short staffed” and a busy Satuday morning. Upon paying, the cashier forgot to give me my change back and got distracted. I was distracted looking at all the services my car needed to get done on the paperwork. 30 minutes later I have a missed call that the cashier has my cash change she forgot to give me and I had to make the drive back to the dealership. The sales team walks around looking for prey I had one associate come over and introduce himself while I waited for my car to be serviced….he said he would be back with his business card as he offered to get me into a newer vehicle and then forgot. About an hour and a half later in the middle of a phone call he comes back and interrupts my call to tell me he forgot he hadn’t given me his business card.

Always on time for our appointments, provides feedback on all my questions, and is pretty spot on with timing estimates for my vehicle services.
