have been back 6 times for an oil consumption test. The documentation has been sent to Hyundai twice with no reply. I have not received the results either time. I am told I will have an answer by the end of the day each time, with no response. I am told to call back the next day for the answer, I follow that direction and get no reply. I have spoken with the service manager about the problem, who says he will take care of it and get me and answer but I also received no reply. So I'm not sure what else to do with your organization.
