Nicholas was extremely helpful. It was a very busy day at Lexus dealership. He took time to show me how to reset my Bluetooth with vehicle. I didn’t know it was possible. He was very knowledgeable of the features on the dashboard. I asked several questions and/ or concerns regarding my vehicle. Nicholas reassured me that everything was fine. I so relieved and happy after leaving. Now, I understand why my father, who is now deceased, loved visiting the dealership. He would talk about his Lexus experience every time his vehicle was serviced. Needless to say, my visits to Lexus are in part, sentimental. I will definitely request Nicholas for my next Lexus experience.
