My car was left with dirty finger prints all over. I had a scratch on my driver side door. Jesse was very helpful. However I’ve never had such a bad experience with Lexus!! I had my brakes both front and back done. Since I came home I noticed a scratch on the left rear, I had never had before. They had my car for 3 days, I had a loner from Lexus! I drove it to and from the dealership! Why did I have so much damage done to my SUV!???
