I had scheduled to pick up a loaner for my service, but at check in Jesse didn’t offer one and sent me to the waiting room. I had time to wait (supposed to be one hour), so I did. After 2 hours, I asked for an update on the car. It was done, Gerardo did not realize I was waiting. I had not received a text that the car was ready either. It’s not easy to check on the vehicle-wandering down the service offices is somewhat uncomfortable!

Cory is awesome! My check-in experience with someone else was not so much. The reason I came in was something that I was told was on "recall" and later told was a "known issue". Plus, my engine was chugging a lot, even with using premium gasoline, and the person checking me in seemed to act as if this was normal since changing to in-line 4 cylinder. I explained it wasn't normal after owning Lexus vehicles continually since 1996. Luckily this was checked out and found to be a faulty suction situation. Just not the normal experience I've always had.
