Knowing I purchased a pre-owned vehicle out of state that was only 2 years old, he looked up whether our not it was a CPO to see if my oil change would be at no charge. 3rd attempt to get a USB port changed. Told them what I needed when I made the appts, but they finally had to order the part. When I did get it done, they disconnected power to my dash analog clock, making yet a 4th appointment necessary. Lot of time and and milage on my part.
