Don’t sell warranties if you won’t honor them.. I believe that is against the law according to Nebraska State Laws. If someone has an extended warranty AND a 30 day warranty through the dealership and you REFUSE TO FIX MY VEHICLE? You sell cars worth more than my house, but can’t fix a 2015 Durango?! Make it make sense. I felt belittled and very stupid during this process. I will NEVER trust another car salesman after this experience. Christian, I am sorry. You deserve better!

The service for my car was excellent. I was not, however, impressed with Corey during my appointment. When I arrived and was discussing the issue I wanted investigated regarding intermittent troubling sounds from my brakes, I felt he was very dismissive and condescending. He even said “brakes make noises sometimes.” He tried to explain that brakes have metal in them and will make sounds. He seemed very condescending and patronizing. So much so that I texted my husband to tell him about it. After my car was evaluated, it was determined a part was installed incorrectly during my most recent brake job.
