I have been told, the last two times, I need a new set of tires, for my vehicle. I played the game, knowing better.
I don’t know what Lexus is expecting, from their technicians. No, folks, I in fact, do not need them! I have truly lost confidence, in your service department. I plan to make your regional department aware. I’m an elderly widow. I look like an easy target. You just dealt with the wrong little old lady! Trying to sell a new set of tires and whatever else, to your Mom/ Grandma.
