I had an 1145 appt and she told me it would be done by 1245, so I waited. I had a commitment at 130. At 1250,it still wasn't done so then I needed to hurry and get the shuttle home! After I wasted an hour sitting there, then needed a ride at the last minute. I would have shuttled home at 1145 had I known it wasn't going to be done!! And she was at lunch at 1250, so she wasn't there to deal with the scrambling!
This experience this time was not good.
