Service was EXCELLENT, I've avoided "name" dealerships because of the reputation I've heard people have gotten from them. Tampa was Amazing, she answered all my questions and then some she was amazing. When we went out to my vehicle, She waited for me to be satisfied while I was talking to the mechanic. She guided me all the way that i needed.
10/10 will do future business here.

I am thinking of shifting service of my Toyota to Marquardt from (Chilson/Morries). I had purchased my RAV4 thru Chilson, and they offer good service, but were not able to help resolve an issue with accessing area below cabin air filter. They recommended I go to you. The check in went well , but the past few times it seems like the people that have to check the customers out seem to be swamped.
The past few times I saw my truck sitting outside and no one has come to get me. I go up to customer service and then wait 5-15 minutes to get checked out.

My service advisor Kylie was great in managing chaos. The service mechanic seemed to taken a long time to instal hitch. There were issues and I had to bring back car for sensor lights.
Also please note that I tried calling your parts and service with questions about scheduling and parts and could not get anyone to answer my transferred call.
Kylie did a good job managing situation and I appreciate that.
I think you have good employees, just maybe too busy.
