JUNIOR WAS AMAZING! I would like to say that I have a had hyaundi my entire life I have had a Santa Fe 10 years always went to valvoline for my oil change and it used it had my first high school car. I bought a brand new hyaundi Elantra brand new 2014 never took it to a dealer always to valvoline. I bought a car 2023 Santa Fe hybrid and someone said I should try to dealership one time I been taking it to valvoline for my first 3 oil changes had no issues until I took it the dealership and my air condition wasn’t working and my oil was leaking but it was not leaking on my car prior. With that being said I think you can read between the lines the common denominator of I went some where one time of the many years I had your service one time. I trusted the dealer one time with my vehicle I stop by to try and I have issues who is the problem valvoline or Hyaundi? THANK YOU JUNIOR FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SERVICE YOUR AMAZING YOUR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, EXTRAORDINARY AND DESERVE A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!!!! Thank you!

Not only that my vehicle was returned with dirty seat, armrest, and bad smell, it was also damaged during the service at CWHyundai dealership between 5/10 - 5/14. Following multiple attempt to contact, I finally able to reach the service manager, Paige, today on 5/17, only to be told that CWHyundai are going to fix my vehicle as a “courtesy” and I am not given any commitment on when CWHyundai will be able to provide a mean of transportation. This reflects CWHyundai lack of quality & accountability from your Service department. I’m not sure whether this feedback will be taken seriously, but I truly hope that someone at CWHyundai could resolve this problem in a timely manner.
