I’m satisfied with Michael but I’m so disappointed with the technician who had my vehicle serviced because my rear window glass on the passenger side got broken during service but that technician didn’t report. I didn’t realize that until I got home. It’s not easy to see from outside only visible from inside. If I didn’t talk to my family member who sat at the back I didn’t think I saw it. Thinking of changing dealership if the service keeps providing this way.

I was happy with the service and attentiveness the sales manager, Joseph, and those in the service department. All I have a complaint about is the inventory list on the website. I brought in 4 choices and 3 of them were actually not available (2 were sold, and 1 was not actually ready and not buyable even though that was my first choice).
