It took 45 minutes longer than expected and it seem to be slow I also ask to have a tire checked for damage because it keeps losing air don’t believe they checked because I still have the same problem just in a new place the tires got rotated.

To be perfectly honest, i have had nothing but a great experience with Michael as my Service advisor. He is the sole reason i take my car into a dealership. I have multiple cars and service them with their respective car company, but have recently changed that as he is diligent communicative when its needed, and gives me the information on what i need and in a timely fashion. Because of him you have gained my business with my other vehicles as long as it allows. I hope this recognition reaches the right eyes and ears and he gets the kudos that he deserves.
