It’s my first Hyundai and my first visit to the service lane after 2 days of ownership and I already had an unpleasant experience . The service desk staff didn’t know their sales persons. She insisted there was no salesperson under the name I told her…. Finally I had my salesperson sign a due bill to do the fix. After an hour of waiting I went outside and saw my car sitting on a customer parking spot. I went inside and ask the staff if the service was done. Then they started finishing up. I believe if I didn’t ask them I would be sitting there for the rest of the day. Just a totally bad overall experience.

I had an appointment today at 11:00 a.m. but arrived a bit early at 10:12 a.m. The oil change was completed at 12:30 p.m., and I received my car after the wash at 1:00 p.m. Even though I had an appointment, it seems excessive that such a simple oil change took over two hours. Normally, I would expect it to take 30 minutes to an hour, so this felt unreasonably long.

And also keep me posted about the work that my car also needed. He also made sure that I had transportation well my car was being worked on. His customer service was a 10.
