The technician was fantastic. Knowledgeable polite on time all the things that I want however, your service department they told me one time and then another time and then not a window but but at 2 PM. I canceled things to make it work for your service department because I realize the value of the offer that you’ve given me but being laid is not something I find acceptable and I really don’t find it acceptable when people don’t call when they’re going to be late and so in that regard the confusion and lack of communication I am not 100% completely satisfied I’m about 75% satisfied.
