Didn’t do what I asked and # 1 was I don’t want any more emails from you.
I wasn’t even there. It was my sister who was there for an oil change and they left the air filter out on the dash board. When she went back to get that placed in they would not even reimburse her the gas spent and time in traffic she spent having to drive back to get that part put back on.
And when it was put back on it was forced in instead of removing the part needed to be removed, the glove compartment door.

I have to say both visits to cardinalway hyundai has been excellent. My service advisor was Michael Vance, and he did an outstanding job. He clearly explained everything assisted with the vehicle. When it was time to check out, he went over the paperwork very thoroughly. And then walked me to my car. I wish all dealerships had advisors.
