I have taken my car in at least 3 times for the same problem. They never fix it. My car, in line kona starts itself when I walk away. The dashboard lights turn on along with the fans going on. It runs the battery down so I have to call someone to jump me. Then blue link sends a message telling me I left my car on and it is turning it off. Someone is going to steal it. I drive over an hour to get to the service if there is no traffic. Otherwise over 2 hours. I get the same answer, unless we see it happen we can't fix it. The last time it did it my husband had an appointment with a cardiologist. He had had a stroke and I had to cancel the appointment because I couldn't find anyone to jump the car. I've only had the car for a year and this has happened 3 times already. I need help. This is my 4th lease with your company but it may be my last. Toni S

I had the usb cable/port for apple carplay replaced in my 2022 Ioniq 5. The cover wasn’t fully reinstalled and the bolt was just in the center console. Had to reinstall it myself which isn’t a bad thing but it should have been properly reinstalled.

I'm not satisfied with the time we have to wait for service. I went for just an oil change and waited three hours—that's ridiculous. How long does it take to change the oil and oil filter?
Every time I go for an oil change, I'm told the same thing: we're short on staff, and waiting time is from 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours, but it always ends up being at least three hours. I don't know if you're doing this on purpose so we don't take our cars to the dealer for service anymore, but if you're always short on staff, you need to hire more mechanics. However, Jasmine **** (327) is a 10/10—lovely, friendly, excellent attitude, and very informative.
