Everyone was super nice and I am satisfied with the work on my car. I would have appreciated an ETA though of when my car would be ready. I had to ask about it (after waiting an hour and 45 minutes with no word). I also asked them my car not get washed because I literally just came from the car wash - They said OK but washed it anyways. I also don't appreciate the sales people coming up to me in the waiting room. Although they are very nice, I had a horrible experience at that dealership with a sales person (when I was looking for my last car) and so it is very stressful to me when they come up to me when I'm just waiting for my car to be serviced.

The camera back up had to be ordered and the flashes on the dashboard was not fixed. They said nothing was shown on on the diagnostic test. However i now have a video that shows it’s still happening.
Hopefully when I come back to get the camera fixed they can fix that too.

I was scheduled a week Together in advance for a recall, after Dropping off my Genesis I was called and told the dealership didn’t have the part. That would be understandable if they were exploring for a repair but they knew the problem in advance, it’s a recall, In my mind, Not being prepared is unprofessional wasting both of our time and expense. But your representative Josh was polite and conducted himself Professionally.
