Appreciated you fitting us in the schedule, but we were quoted. It would take an hour at the most and it ended up being 2 1/2 hours. Should’ve given her a heads up to do other things instead of having to sit 2 1/2 hours while you waited for your service staff to free up. Also, Wi-Fi in your lobby does not work well.
