Three hours for a regular service, with appointment is much too long. Previous appointments have been one hour tops. Had a problem been discovered that would be different and I would appreciate that. Otherwise all good.

Everything seems fine, however, we needed a jump leaving Pueblo Toyota and the battery is dead again. I’d appreciate some feedback as to what the issue is. I realize the vehicle has been there a few weeks, but I trust you understand the frustration. We just received it back a couple hours ago and the battery has died twice.

I had a tire repaired along with my 20K service. It was not repaired, even though the tech said it was. We had to make a new appt. come in and wait again and then we were told there's 4 leaks and cannot be repaired.
We went home. i checked the tire. there were 2 very small leaks. I put those screw repair plugs in them and fixed it myself. I'd rather your tech had patched them.
