When booking the appointment online I requested full synthetic. Oil was changed with synthetic blend. I understand it will not hurt the truck but I didn't get the oil change that I scheduled for. When I brought this up at the counter no attempt was made to correct the issue, she barely even acknowledged me when I was asking about what oil was used. I will not be back.
