You guys didn't want to take responsibility for taking off my screws to my shield under my car when replacing my transmission and tried to make me pay 200 dollars when Valvoline doesn't take every screw out to do an oil change it flaps down by un screwing the front two screws and I'm not going to be taken advantage of when the situation was your fault I guess that's what I get for thinking a small town dealership will be honest and fix their mistake
