I’m not sure why what the point of an appointment system is if I still have to drop off the car and pick it up at the end of the day. How is it different from just not having an appointment and dropping off the car and picking it up at the end of the day? When the car was dropped off there were no other cars being dropped off while mine was being dropped off.

I would like to say it was a good experience, but honestly it wasn’t. When I arrived for my appointment no one came out from service center to greet me. I went inside and no one really acknowledged my presence. I had to ask if there was any service advisors available to help me. An Asian gentleman asked what car I had if it was a Genesis or Hyundai. I told him it was for a Hyundai. He said to have a seat at the waiting area and someone will be with you. I felt like if you had a Genesis you were going to get attended to right away. There was a lot people in the service department, but no one was helping. There were at least 3 people in the back at their desk just talking to each. I believe their where only two people helping Hyundai owners. I think I waited a good half hour before someone actually helped. If this is the kind service that I will be getting in the future. I will probably return my leased Hyundai to the dealership and find another car.

I really appreciate the excellent service from the dealer, Alicia Manabua. They completed the tire patch repair and even included a free car wash within the promised time. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail—thank you very much for the outstanding customer service! :)

The systems appear to be lacking at the service center. From waiting for almost 5 hrs only to be told that your car needs to have the dash removed due to an electrical issue that is different than the fix that brought you in. To asking to receive daily updates on the progress that only came twice, to the inability to get past the AI call response, the experience was a total disappointment. One of the worst customer experiences I have had in many years. Sitting there for 5 hours I could see that the service team was even struggling with identifying the car keys as they were going through all the keys to find the one they needed. You could do better.

Oscar was fine, very personable; however I was not expecting to wait almost 5 and a half hours for my car to be serviced. The estimate was maximum 3 and a half hours. Additionally, when I was almost home to Half Moon Bay, the "check tire pressure system" light came on again. I called but got only a voice message. I left a message but have not received a response. I want to have this fixed without waiting an hour. Please respond.

Communicate realistic timelines for when work will be complete. I was told it would be done by noon at the latest and it was not done until 145. It should not have taken that long for a simple maintenance check and recall fix
