The wait was way too long. I literally pulled up at 4 pm and left a few minutes before 6pm. I only had a tire rotation done. When we bought our car in March, we were told we had 2 years of Toyota Care. We’ve had our car 8 months and we had to pay for today’s service. How does that compute?? Not happy today.

I was satisfied with the service. I appreciate the ease of dropping the truck off and the communication when the work is finished. But for the 3rd time in a row, the work was not checked off and stamped in my the maintenance book. Each of these times I had to go back and ask for it to be done. In fact, this time the book was not in the truck at all. When I went back and asked for it, it was given to me unmarked /stamped for the service that was done. So I had to ask them to do that. I specifically leave it out and ask them to fill it in when I drop the truck off. I am trying to keep all work organized and up to date for this vehicle.
