When I dropped the vehicle off I asked if it might be possible to connect the car to charger after work was completed. The battery was really low. The rep said they would. When I picked the vehicle up it was clear it hadn’t been charged at all. The battery was completely depleted. Also debris was left in the vehicle.

The service representative was extraordinary really shady I told him exactly what was wrong with oil pan and insisted that I still have to quote and quote diagnose it and that cost me a hundred sixty-five bucks to tell me that I had a oil leak from exactly where I told him the oil leak was at so then they want to charge me $365 to replace that it was a total scam and the guy was unresponsive even though I told him I didn't want to go ahead and have an oil change at all well It was too late and I was just like whatever man like it it's fine you could just do it because I was I had enough of this nonsense to be honest especially when the guy said they had to have a an inspection even though I was offered a free multi-point inspection and that multi-point inspection was supposed to tell me exactly what was wrong with it so you guys charge me for something that was free. Then when I come to pick up the car the service advisor was disinterested in even going through and tell me exactly what else they found in the multi-point inspection and I ended up just being like whatever man I'm I'm late supposed to be somewhere and this guy was just didnt give damn so I just was like whatever man let me just get the hell out of here I am very disappointed your service is the first time i had bad service I'll probably end up just going elsewhere from here on out. Oh please dont the rep contact me. Only a gm dont waste my time.
