Very happy with the service representative I talked to on the phone and the service write up gentleman. I’m also very pleased with the outcome of the diagnose and minor repair. I appreciate the service repair technician who worked on the vehicle, even though the vehicle needs a lot of TLC, I noticed minor things that was addressed. I loved how professional Jonathan was. He was very informative. Loved the customer service. I also loved how quickly the oil change was. Only thing I would’ve really loved is if my car got washed also. I had a coupon to go somewhere to get a car wash like the other Toyota dealer in Orange does.
