Got a coupon for an oil change. I should have known better. I got a complete rundown on everything needed to repair my car complete with photos. I’m a mechanic and the stuff you guys reported is wild and exaggerated. One stand out was my alignment was off and it was just done. I might add my alignment is pulling hard right now. Rear mail seal is leaking. No it’s not I spilled oil accidentally back there. Just feels so predatory and scammy. Won’t be back

You had it most of the day. When I was notified it was ready, I was also notified it needed a couple things. Why wasn’t I notified about these things earlier in the day? I had to request you fix one of them;, apparently you don’t have tires so I’ll have to go somewhere else, spend more time, to get the tires I was told I need - after the service was completed.
