Jim was very helpful in helping me know how to get around the new construction work. when I come again I will have the confidence to go through Duluth, I wish I would’ve taken the time to have somebody show me how to use the screen in the car. It’s very difficult for me as a non-tech to make things work.

Service was fine but charging me $150 for something I told you was broken and needed to be fixed is terribly excessive. I needed service not a shakedown. We aren’t rich… now we can’t afford to replace the rear hatch release switch because we gave the money to a guy who told us what we already knew but didn’t fix it. Bummer. I guess we’ll have to fold the back seats down to use the hatchback storage.
