My glovebox door is covered in black fingerprints from the technician opening it with their dirty hands. After taking other steps to avoid dirtiness to customers’ vehicles (paper floor mats, plastic on driver seat, etc) I couldn’t understand why steps weren’t taken to prevent that.

We were happy with all the service on our Honda Civic except for one item! We were charged $82.98 to put my wife's heat shield back on her car. It had come loose and was about to fall off after an oil change. I didn't have the proper screws to put it back on, so I removed it. We felt this was a really high price for a simple fix. If we had known it was this costly, we would not have had it put back on! We were not told the charge before they did it
We didn't know a couple screws cost that much!
