The job was supposed to be a 45 min.fix yet took nearly 2 hours. Now the problem itself was not the fault of the team, but it took way to long for them to figure it out and they never came out to talk to me about it until I came looking for my car.

I've already submitted this. I was told it's a industry standard to charge a customer for an ordered part at the time of ordering? And I was told the part was on back order? Maybe a month? I called 3 dealerships and none of them had ever heard of that? And when looking on Google I couldn't find that industry standard either. Very disappointing and I'll be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

The customer service was top notch. Getting work done on your vehicle can be a real drag. Kokomo Honda, especially makes the visits feel like a breeze. Even when they were a little understaffed, they still finished my car in record time, it was clean, fast, efficient work. Anthony was great; he was honest and upfront on timeframes, kept me in the loop, and just had a very family friendly feeling about him.
