We brought our car in for a specific reason and that was to look at our transmission which is under warranty and instead they kept our car 5 days looked over and created a list of things that they said needed done for over $1100.00 that had nothing in to do with what we wanted. We never received any call back regarding our car we had to call them 3 times to find out info and status. Th person who talked to us was very insistent and demanding so we let them flush the transmission fluid just so he would stop being so pushy. Going forward we will just go to FT Wayne Honda instead of trying to keep it closer to home, spending the extra gas and time will be worth it.
