Lisa was great! She was very helpful. She checked me out, but a different service manager was there when I relayed about the following. The service person however moved my glass with a bit more breakfast protein shake in it, from the cup holder. I found the glass on its side in the passenger seat, on its side with protein shake spilled on my seat cover. I’ll double check that my friend who was transferring items to my car could not have knocked it over, but a glass with any liquid would need to be secured in the cup holder before the job was done. Both the service manager and salesman responded supportively to me by mentioning response steps.

My first hybrid vehicle. Not happy with a battery problem but that’s not your fault. Hopefully Toyota has fixed the issue. You would think after decades of building Prius cars they would not be having issues like this.

Even at 0730 I was treated with a smile and a good morning! Derek asked me a few questions about the service needs and sent me on my way with there’s coffee by waiting room help yourself! I chatted with a couple salesmen as I waited and in no time I got a text saying my truck was all set to go! Derek told me about the service and that everything looks great! Extremely satisfied customer!

Derek was as helpful as he could be. i was not happy that because the new bracket could not accommodate my current battery my FREE recall cost me the price of a new battery. that being said Derek was able to negotiated with service dept and i was given a substantial discount on the new battery. Then there was a $49 labor cost to switch it out. (which had it just been my recall i believe it too would have been free switch out) jJust a totally unexpected $200+ free visit

I’m very satisfied with the service performed my only issue is it seems to take a an unexpectedly long time for what was performed. Maybe I’m wrong. I’ve had work done from other places that was much more involved that took no longer. I’m not really complaining and maybe I’m off base here just my perception.
