Would appreciate a time estimate for service beyond the normal scheduled maintenance prior to my actually scheduling the repair. For example-Lisa did tell me when I came with the car that the repair would take 4 to 6 hours but I needed that info ehen I booked the appointment. I sat in the waiting rpom for four hoyrs with no place to go. When I first made the appointment over the phone-I wanted to talk to someone in service but the switchboard was the only person I got to talk to. She shouldn't have had to do thst. You need a front desk person- seperate-for service only calls.
